SOOOO many of my friends are freaking out about college choices! I'm writing this advice column to help seniors everywhere make this all-important decision. I won't be able to address all of your conflicts, of course, but here are some of the most common match-ups:
Princeton vs. University of Chicago
Easy! University of Chicago hands down. Two reasons: 1) adorably depressed students and 2) proximity to large bodies of water
Smith vs. University of Miami
This is obviously a hard call. On the one hand, it's a bummer that Smith has no boys. On the other, Miami threatens to be too light-hearted. I do think that Miami offers more opportunity to indulge in heavy drinking and public spectacles, so I'll go with the Hurricanes.
NYU vs. Kenyon
Film students!!!! Poets!!!! Everywhere you look there's gonna be pensive people writing up a storm. You can't go wrong with either.
Pepperdine vs. Pomona
I would say "no" to both of these. California is all smiles and sunshine, and you're gonna get sick of it. Really sick of it. Surely there's another option?
