1 oz. absinthe
1 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. kummel
1/4 oz. gum syrup
Dash of orange curacao
Great Secret
Cracked Ice
2 ozs. gin
1 oz. lillet blanc
Dash of angostura bitters
Orange twist, for garnish
Scottish Blush
Ice Cubes
1 1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. glayva
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed orange juice
Lime wheel for garnish
Friar Untucked
Ice Cubes
1 1/2 ozs. praline pecan liqueur
1 1/2 ozs. dark creme de cacao
1 1/2 ozs. heavy cream
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
