Homebaked Shakespeare
The following is a Shakespearean couplet that, taken out context, relates to my life. And by "my life" I mean February school vacation week. In other words, a time when I applaud myself for getting through the day, only to have a completely disastrous evening. Do you think I'm beating the poetry out of this sonnet? Precisely.
"When I do count the clock that tells the time,
And see the brave day sunk in hideous night" (Sonnet #12)
