Shakespeare at Large

Shakespeare in the Park has decided to tackle two of Shakespeare's most problematic comedies this season: All's Well That Ends Well (Shakespeare's version of He's Just Not That Into You) and Measure for Measure (his version of When Bad Things Happen to Good People). It does seem to be the summer of focusing on virtuous women who get faced with impossible challenges because men are--for lack of a better word-- skanks.

This review in the New York Times sums it up well, and makes me wish I could make it to All's Well before it closes this weekend. If you can get there, please let us know what you think!
