Interpretation
Hector? Who the heck is "Hector"? Two possibilities:
1) Hector Mario Lopez, the former General from Guatamala just accused of commiting genocide in the 1980's. That's probably a definite no.
2) Hector Noesi, the Yankees pitcher. He seems the more likely candidate, and a far better option than someone guilty of genocide, but the inner Boston townie in me is very concerned.
