Interpretation:
Shake-Ball, that's not much of an explanation. But it's definitely a big endorsement. "Copied out"? That's a fancy way of saying "imitated." As in, we should all follow Megan's example and get the exact same tattoo. Or maybe another Shakespeare quote tattoo.
Um, should I be reading more deeply into your answer, maybe something about the human body, mortality, and words? Nah.
