Dear Magic Shake-Ball:
What the hell is this stain on my raincoat?
Magic Shake-Ball's Response:
Like as, to make our appetites more keen,
With eager compounds we our palate urge;
As to prevent our maladies unseen
We sicken to shun sickness when we purge. (Sonnet 118, lines 1-4)
Interpretation:
First of all, I know EXACTLY what you mean. I always give my kids weird earthy "medicine" from Whole Foods that's supposed to prevent them from getting sick, and then they have a bad reaction to it.
What a minute . . . Are you telling me that the stain is kid barf? Ew.
