Shakespeare at Large


Tonight at the Harvard Humanities Center, Caroline and I heard an awesome talk by our friend and Shakespearean extraordinaire Coppelia Kahn, Professor of English at Brown. Professor Kahn's talk came out of the forthcoming The Afterlives of Ophelia . We got to hear all about the history of Ophelia in the popular imagination (beautiful! passive! dead!)and Ophelia's digital afterlife as tragic-love-story-girl.
