Ask the Experts

By William Shakespeare (who is back in business after a long hiatus)

Big day, big day for yours truly, Will Shakespeare! Finally, after YEARS of trying to get the words right, I’ve written a new sonnet! One caveat: the rhyme scheme isn’t 100%, but it’s coming along quite nicely!
World, meet #155:

#155

O, her eyes, her eyes, maketh the stars
look like they're not shining; Her hair, yea,
her hair falls perfect without her trying
She's so beautiful, and I tell her ev’ry day.

Yea, I know, I know when I compliment her, nay,
She won’t believe me and ‘tis so, ‘tis so
Sad to think she refuseth to see what I see, lo;
But every time she asks me, Do I look okay?

I say, when I see thy face ‘tis nothing, ‘tis
Not a thing that I would change, O fair,
Cause you amazeth me just the way you are, I wis,
And when you smile, the whole world stops and stares.

The reason? ‘Cause girl you amazeth me. If perfect
is what you're searching for, then just stayeth the same.*

*Wanna hear it to music? I got my friend Bruno Mars to work something out.
